Why did I choose this career?

The way I get to the journalism wasn't very common, and many of you will think that I was irresponsible or childish. The truth is that I never knew very well what I wanted to study. The problem wasn’t that I didn't like anything, it was the opposite, I liked everything, I wanted to study from astronomy to music to political sciences, except engineering (mathematics are not my thing).

One day some students of journalism at the University of Chile came into my school, that day I started to think about the career. It looked like a good idea because it's a career where you can do or study various themes like politics, art or what you what. Even after I took the PSU I wasn’t sure  about the career but I decide to try luck.

Now that I am in the third year of the career I´ve discovered much things about the journalism that every day makes me more excited, in the future I hope to dedicate myself to photojournalism because is a great way of leave testimony of what is happening in the world, like people say "a picture says more than a thousand words".
